Through supplier engagement, due diligence processes and ongoing monitoring, we seek to strengthen responsible sourcing practices and promote continuous improvement throughout our value chain.

We maintain a strong focus on human rights and modern slavery, expecting suppliers to uphold internationally recognised standards and implement appropriate controls within their own operations and supply chains. Vulcan operates a risk-based supply chain due diligence system designed to identify, assess and manage ESG risks across our supplier network. By integrating supplier assessments, risk screening and ongoing monitoring into procurement processes, we support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across our value chain.

Human Rights

We respect internationally recognised human rights and are committed to identifying, preventing and addressing adverse human rights impacts across our operations, projects and supply chain. Our approach is informed by international standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct.

Modern Slavery

Vulcan rejects all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking. Through risk-based due diligence and supplier engagement, we seek to identify and address modern slavery risks, while promoting responsible labour practices throughout our operations and supply chains.
